Industry Experience:

Roger is an Army veteran that specialized in mobile communications. He was honorably discharged as a sergeant. After leaving the Army, he received his bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University. After nine years of law enforcement, it was time for a change. He worked with Invisible Fence Brand pet containment for nearly 15 years. He started off as a technician. He moved up to manager of Invisible Fence of Peoria/Bloomington and eventually as owner. After nine years of ownership, the parent company took over most of the independent dealers. Roger became a technician at Rivian automotive. After nearly three years, Rivian stopped production during night shift and the new hours would not work with Roger’s schedule. He explored other opportunities and discovered Blue Nose Aerial Imaging. Before starting, Roger earned his FAA part 107 sUAS pilot’s license as well as his Level 1 Thermography certificate and BPERP proficiency in flying certificate.
